Hi Guys,

I'm putting this up here to initiate a discussion, mainly to see what the general feelings are?  Rob has run a couple of Bolt Action tournaments in the past & they were really well organised but, understandably, did not put one on last year opting for an all day game instead.

Looking at the response by club members to the Bolt Action Escalation League, shouldn't we look to be doing our own tournament just for club members?  22 people have thrown their hat in the ring for the league & even if we only got 10 people for a tournament that would still make a great day with the added bonus, by having only 'home grown' players, of not having to promote it & rely on people we don't know turning up?

I understand (although probably not fully Wink) how much work goes into pulling one of these things off but I am willing to throw my hat into the ring.  I am sure Rob & other club members will be more than happy to advise especially if someone else is doing the legwork.

Thoughts?
