Notice is hereby given that the 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held at the St John Ambulance hall on Monday January 7th at 8pm. THERE WILL BE NO GAMING ON THIS EVENING, and as is customary there will be no subs charged. We would encourage you to attend as this is your opportunity to affect how the club is run.
All submissions for Agenda items should be made to Mike Whitaker by 2pm on January 7th.
Nominations are now open for all positions on the committee.

Members, defined as per rule 3.1 of the club rules, are eligible to vote:
Membership of the club is gained by attending 8 or more meetings in a running year and maintained by attending 1 meeting in each subsequent running year or at the discretion of the committee.
In order to stand for a committee position, as per rule 5.3, a member must:
...have attended at least one half of the meetings held during the past 12 months to be eligible for elections or re-election.
