We've been asked if we want to bring some kind of display to this event - http://wicksteedatwar.co.uk/visitor-information/

WAW 2018 is a 3-day event. Friday the 8th is our school education day. Public event days with full activites are Saturday the 9th & Sunday 10th.

I'm not available for most of it as I'm in Evesham for. TFL day until the Sunday morning, but I can pop in on my way home Sunday morning (as it's in Kettering).

Thoughts, offers?

So far:
Sat: Dan, AndyM
Sun: Mike, Ash, Pippa, AndyM

I should be able to do one day and may be available for a short while on the other (I'm taking the kids to one day of this).

This is not a primarily a wargames show, it's a living history event run by the Military Vehicle Trust, so I'd suggest something vehicle based such as Dambusters if we have the space or Villers Bochage if we a limited to a smaller table.

I'm familiar with these guys and have been to this show in the past and many like it. This is a good one and wargaming would be something different and possibly bring in new members. Dambusters is a possible, but bolt action would also work depends if we are going participation or demo?
I should be free all this weekend!

We might be available on the Sunday morning but probably not all day, so in a helping rather than running capacity!

I'm temped to suggest Dambusters again given the folks available and the 75th anniversary, but open to other suggestions.
